Hire an AI video creator:
Fiverr, Upwork, agency or community

On Upwork, AI video specialists charge $15 to $50 an hour and five short ads run $300 to $800, plus a client fee of 5% on its pricing page (a help article still says up to 7.99%). On Fiverr, each seller sets the price and Fiverr adds 5.5% at checkout. One agency we checked, Admiral Media, sells batches from €10,000, and The Scene Makers matches you with a creator at a fixed price from $450 an ad.

Upwork: hourly rates and project packages

Upwork showed 4,529 AI-generated video jobs posted when we looked. Its own guide says a specialist “generally costs $15-$50 per hour”, and lists typical project prices:

ProjectUpwork’s typical price
AI avatar explainer, 60 to 90 seconds, two rounds of revisions$200 to $600
Social media ad package, five 15 to 30 second ads$300 to $800
Product demo with AI effects, 2 to 3 minutes$500 to $1,500
Brand campaign, 3 to 5 videos$2,000 to $5,000

Clients pay a fee on top. Upwork’s pricing page says 5% on the free Basic plan, so “a $100 contract would cost $105 in total”, plus a one-off contract initiation fee of $0.99 to $14.99. One of its help articles still says “up to 7.99%”, so check the figure at checkout.

Fiverr: fixed-price gigs

On Fiverr, sellers set their own packages, so there is no single rate, and we could not read live gig prices. Fiverr adds a service fee: its payments article says “The standard service fee is 5.5% of your purchase amount, and we add a $3.50 fee to orders under $200.” Another of its help pages still says $3.00 on orders under $100.

Read the rights line before you order. Fiverr’s terms grant buyers all rights to delivered work “unless otherwise specified by the Seller on their Gig page”, and some gigs charge extra for a commercial use licence.

Agencies and studios

Agencies sell volume. Admiral Media, the one we checked, sells AI UGC ads in batches, from €500 down to €363 an ad, and says its “ideal clients invest US$50,000+ per month in paid media.” Studios that sell single ads publish per-ad prices instead: Filmito lists $595 to $1,495, depending on length. See what an AI video ad costs for more.

How low do prices go?

Very low, at a cost. One creator advertising on Reddit this week charges $1.50 per finished second, or $45 for a 30-second video, and told a commenter: “i need little bit undercut myself, because i need clients.” The post’s portfolio line was still an unfilled template, “[YOUR PORTFOLIO LINK]”, so there was no work to judge. Cheap can work for tests, if you check the points below.

What to check before you hire

  • Commercial rights in writing, for every platform you will run on.
  • Which tool and plan made the footage. Luma’s and Kling’s terms limit commercial use to paid plans or written permission; see who owns AI ads.
  • How many revisions. Upwork’s explainer package lists two rounds; ask before you pay.
  • Your product kept exact. Ask how they stop labels and logos drifting. The answer you want is that they composite your real product (AI product videos).
  • AI labels. Agree who decides whether the ad needs one on TikTok or Meta (AI ad labels).
  • Work in your category, not only a showreel.

Which one should you choose?

  • One or two ads on a small budget: an Upwork or Fiverr freelancer, after checking rights and samples.
  • Dozens of ads a month for testing: an agency that sells batches.
  • A few strong ads at a fixed price: a creator community like ours, where your brief goes to a creator whose style fits it.

Tell us the product, the platform and the deadline. We confirm a fixed price before any work starts.

How we checked this

On 29 October 2026 we read Upwork's hiring guide, its job listings and its client pricing page, Fiverr's terms of service and two of its help pages, and Admiral Media's and Filmito's price pages. Fiverr's two help pages disagree on its small-order fee, and Upwork's pricing page and one of its help articles disagree on its client fee; the page gives both. We could not read live Fiverr gig prices, which load in the browser. The low-price example is one creator's Reddit post. These are published prices; we did not ask anyone for a private quote. If something has changed, tell us on WhatsApp and we will update this page.
